At Body Moves remedial massage, under the umbrella of Physiotherapy, is used in conjunction with a range of other hands on treatment modalities to better facilitate your recovery. Remedial massage is a treatment that targets a specific source of muscular tension, pain or injury. A variety of techniques are used which may including deep tissue, trigger point therapy , muscle stretches, joint mobilisation and oedema or lymphatic drainage massage .
