Adam Gescheit

Physiotherapist
B.App.Sc (Physio) MAPA, CIYT, Cert ZB

Adam is a licensed Physiotherapist and member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association. He graduated in 1995 and has worked in Melbourne, Sydney, U.S.A and the U.K. Adam’s services are recognized by all private health insurance companies - rebates apply.

Adam specializes in the treatment of postural ailments, musculoskeletal pain and sports injuries. He has worked with circus arts performers sporting teams and Moomba Masters water skiers. Adam has been commended for his unique healing touch. He is also trained in clinical Pilates and teaches using the reformer, other Pilates equipment and with floor based exercises.

Adam also practices other body/mind related traditions such as Yoga, Meditation and Shaolin. Adam is a qualified Yoga instructor and a certified Zero Balancing practitioner (Click here to read more about yoga). He also uses acupuncture and offers a unique, holistic approach to health and well being.

Debbie Summers

Physiotherapist

Debbie qualified as a physiotherapist in 1996, since then she has worked in South Africa, London and Australia. She has worked in both hospital, private practice and an Art and Drama school.

Hence she has had a broad base of experience treating people with acute medical and surgical problems as well as people with a variety of musculoskeletal problems and sports injuries.

In 2001 Debbie developed an interest in Clinical Pilates as a rehabilitation tool for into her clients. She has continued her post graduate education to develop her knowledge and skills in Women’s Health issues such as pre- and post- natal problems and Osteoporosis. Debbie has a special interest in cancer rehabilitation and is a certified PINC and STEEL cancer rehabilitation therapist.

Debbie Tan

Physiotherapist

Debbie is a licensed Physiotherapist and member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association. She graduated in 2020 and has worked in Singapore.

Debbie specializes in peripheral musculoskeletal sporting injuries and joint pain. She also has experience in post-operative care, such as ACL rehabilitation. Additionally, Debbie is GEMT Level 1 certified in Dry Needling. As an avid rock climber who has experienced her fair share of injuries, she has developed a keen interest in human biomechanics. Debbie strongly believes in a patient-centered approach, combining various manual techniques and exercise therapy to help you achieve your goals.

Outside of work, Debbie enjoys reading and running.

Cera Lai

Physiotherapist
B.H.Sc (Masters Phty) MAPA

Cera is a licensed physiotherapist and proud member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association. Graduating in 2015, she has gained valuable experience across community settings, the aged care sector, and private health.

Her journey into physiotherapy began after a major injury in her youth, igniting a passion for understanding the human body through biomechanics. This led Cera to become a skilled physiotherapist and movement coach. With her background in aged care, she recognizes the critical importance of health and physical well-being, dedicating herself to helping others reach their full potential through movement and exercise.

Cera specializes in treating musculoskeletal sporting injuries and managing chronic pain, utilizing manual soft tissue release techniques, dry needling, and movement-based exercises, particularly clinical Pilates.

With over 10 years of experience, Cera brings a unique blend of expertise and personal experience to their work, making them a valuable asset for clients of all ages and abilities.
