Adam is a licensed Physiotherapist and member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association. He graduated in 1995 and has worked in Melbourne, Sydney, U.S.A and the U.K. Adam’s services are recognized by all private health insurance companies - rebates apply.
Adam specializes in the treatment of postural ailments, musculoskeletal pain and sports injuries. He has worked with circus arts performers sporting teams and Moomba Masters water skiers. Adam has been commended for his unique healing touch. He is also trained in clinical Pilates and teaches using the reformer, other Pilates equipment and with floor based exercises.
Adam also practices other body/mind related traditions such as Yoga, Meditation and Shaolin. Adam is a qualified Yoga instructor and a certified Zero Balancing practitioner (Click here to read more about yoga). He also uses acupuncture and offers a unique, holistic approach to health and well being.

Debbie qualified as a physiotherapist in 1996, since then she has worked in South Africa, London and Australia. She has worked in both hospital, private practice and an Art and Drama school.
Hence she has had a broad base of experience treating people with acute medical and surgical problems as well as people with a variety of musculoskeletal problems and sports injuries.
In 2001 Debbie developed an interest in Clinical Pilates as a rehabilitation tool for into her clients. She has continued her post graduate education to develop her knowledge and skills in Women’s Health issues such as pre- and post- natal problems and Osteoporosis. She is also a certified Pinc Pilates Cancer Rehabilitation Physiotherapist.

Francesco received his Certificate as a Remedial Massage Therapist in Australia in 2016. In Europe he is a qualified Physiotherapist and has worked in a Medical Center and in Physiotherapy and rehabilitation clinics. Currently he works with a Soccer Team in the National Premier League, treating and helping to prevent injuries in athletes.
He is highly skilled in providing massage services to clients utilizing safe, appropriate and effective massage techniques. Francesco is experienced in Relaxation, Remedial, Sports and Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger point therapy, Myofascial release work, Stretching and Pregnancy Massage.
Francesco also has extensive knowledge in utilizing massage for: arthritis, post surgical conditions, low back and neck pain, migraines/headaches, fibromyaligia, osteoporosis, strain/sprains and more. Originally from the UK, Bronwen moved to Melbourne in 2007. Personally experiencing the healing benefits of massage therapy sparked Bronwen’s interest to study for her Diploma at the Australian College of Massage.
Bronwen is passionate about helping people to improve their general wellbeing & health and achieve their physical and emotional goals through massage.
Be that recovering from an injury, playing sport or simply helping to relieve muscular tension & stress caused by daily life.
Bronwen offers Remedial, Deep Tissue, Sports, Relaxation & Pregnancy Massage. Bronwen is a member of the Australian Association of Massage Therapists.
