Pilates at Body Moves uses specialised Clinical Pilates equipment like the Trapeze Cadillac, Reformer Pilates Tower, Ladder Barrel and Wunda Chair to specifically target areas that need strengthening or require increased flexibility. Pilates at Body Moves is perfect for people who have had an injury or operation and need to build back strength. It is also excellent for pregnant and post-partum ladies as well as seniors or others with mobility issues. Pilates is also great for those looking to build strength in specific areas of the body (for example upper body, core or leg strength) or to increase the flexibility of tight muscles.
Clinical Pilates is available as a 45 minute private one on one lesson or for 2 people to share a private class.
This is a 55 minute class with a maximum of 4 clients in each class. Each person receives a tailored program from our Clinical Pilates instructor which is recorded in their clinical record.
